As an actor, playing a villain should not be new to Depp, especially since he last appeared as Grindelwald in Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald. This year’s Venice Film Festival seems to be a family affair for Johnny as his daughter with Vanessa Paradis, Lily-Rose Depp, also made an appearance at the event.
