Emma Watson’s Unforgettable Appearance on The Jonathan Ross Show

Emma Watson has been keeping herself occupied promoting her latest movie called “The Perks Of Being A Wallflower.” During a recent appearance on The Jonathan Ross show on ITV1, she confessed to struggling to match the squeaky clean image of her famous character Hermione. Despite this, the 22-year-old actress surprised everyone with her bold choice of wearing a daring leather dress.

When Ross inquired about her ensemble, she casually responded, “I’m wearing a cool purple leather dress with stylish slits.”

When discussing her well-known role in the popular Potter series, she described her character by saying, “She exudes innocence and goodness to such an extent that anything even slightly different from that seems wild. I could put on a pair of ripped jeans and people would react like, ‘Emma Watson in ripped jeans? What would Hermione think?’ It’s almost scandalous.”

This might be her first role after Harry Potter, but the actress openly admitted that taking on the character of Sam was quite intimidating.

“I wasn’t sure if I had the confidence to portray someone other than Hermione, a role I knew I could do and had done for a long time. I wasn’t sure if I had the versatility in me. I did have some doubts. I had only ever played one character, who in many ways was similar to my own personality, for ten years. I had become so comfortable in that role that the thought of stepping out and playing someone else was scary.”

Watson brought up her initial crush on Tom Felton once more, reminiscing about how she had a crush on him during the early films but was disappointed when he didn’t feel the same way.

During the ages of ten and twelve, I had a major crush on Tom Felton that was pretty cringeworthy. I would eagerly check the call sheet at work each morning to see if he was going to be there. I was drawn to his bad boy image, being a few years older and having a skateboard sealed the deal for me. He was well aware of my feelings towards him and would jokingly tell everyone that he saw me in a younger, sisterly way, which crushed me then and still does now.
