UK riots: People who are racist to NHS staff ‘can and should’ be refused care, health secretary says

After two Filipino nurses were attacked during unrest in Sunderland, the health secretary says anyone being racist to NHS staff can expect to be turned away. The pair were said to be “terrified” after the ordeal.
