Luke Bryan Can’t Believe This Child Just Cursed on Stage

WATCH: Luke Bryan Can’t Believe This Child Just Cursed on Stage

There’s never a dull moment at a Luke Bryan show and his recent stop in Grand Rapids, Mich. certainly followed suit. At one point in his set he invited a young fan named Ella on stage with him, who wasn’t afraid to drop the word d–n during their sweet exchange. In her defense, she was simply singing his lyrics.

“What’s your favorite song?” he asks her.

“‘Beer in My Hand,’” she answers confidently as the crowd cheers loudly.

Bryan proceeds to lead her in few of the songs lyrics, singing a line before allowing her to finish it. That’s when things got a little spicy.

“But I got a beer in my hand,” he starts before she sings, “and I got it raised up high.”

He then takes a chance with the next line, “I ain’t gotta give in my-,” to which she emphatically says, “D–n.”

He clutches his chest, laughing as the audience gives their approval with shouts and applause. Why is it so funny to hear a young child say a no-no word?

“Hey, you’re not supposed to say d–n,” he says to her. “Do your parents let you say d–n?”

“Yeah,” she responds.
